Job Title: Caretaker

Salary: £10-£12 per hour

Location: Enfield, Middlesex

This fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a caretaker in Enfield. This role is initially for 3 months and our client would like someone for an immediate start.

Skills required for the job role - Caretaker

• Undertake minor repairs/maintenance work required throughout the site
• To carry out general porterage and internal mail duties across site
• To ensure the recycling and general clearance of waste materials from offices, external bins and catering operations is undertaken on a daily basis and removed to on-site skips.
• Assist in regular inspections of College rooms and public areas and testing of site smoke/fire alarms, burglar alarms and emergency lighting systems
• Enhanced DBS check
