Working for an International Blue Chip pharmaceutical company, the successful candidate will provide a comprehensive range of order management and customer service to the client and its customers. Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and maintained in all activity relating to the order-to-cash, end-to-end customer management process.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Perform all Customer Service Representative (CSR) activity relating to end-to-end order to cash process in line with agreed metrics while pro-actively maintaining low operating costs within the department.

- Principle contact between customers, business groups, 3rd party logistics provider and other internal departments; therefore effective management of customers, issues and performance to all stakeholders is key.

- Working in close collaboration with Accounts Receivable, internal Business groups and customers, actively deliver solution management for customer queries and claims to resolution while ensuring that financial metrics are met.

- Proactive management of stock during the order management process so that customer satisfaction is maintained and in most areas exceeded.

- Maintain consistently high level of customer service across all delivery areas

- Operate in line with all compliance standards, departmental budgets and metrics.

Key Skills:

- Previous experience with SAP is essential - Strong customer service experience- Excellent attention to detail- Solid MSFT Office/Excel skills- Previous experience using Sharepoint- Proactive and self-motivated- Effective at time management and prioritization
