Are you passionate about IT and looking to join a busy team where you can put your customer service skills into practice every day?

You will be the first point of contact for a variety of IT issues via telephone and email. Using your problem solving skills, you will ensure all issues are fixed first time and in accordance with SLA's. Providing a first class customer support service, you will log all incidents and fixes on the CRM system. The role is extremely rewarding and satisfaction can be taken from ensuring you solve customer issues first time.

We are keen to hear from people with excellent communication skills, great telephone manner, a professional attitude, and a strong interest in IT. Previous experience in a call centre and/or customer service environment would be advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to advance their IT career and develop their existing customer service skills. Full training will be provided to ensure that you are given the tools required to succeed in your role.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm so you'll be working a variety of shift patterns between these times. There is no weekend or night working!

Please note that successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, nationality, and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/ education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
