We have a great opportunity to join a leading contact centre based in Birmingham as an Evening Customer Advisor.

You will be required to provide a high standard of both inbound and outbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks as well as delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

As a Customer Advisor you will be required to:

  • Respond to all incoming calls
  • Process outbound calls to relevant department
  • Accurately and efficiently enter information reported onto the relevant systems
  • Adapt approach depending on customer situation
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent time-keeping
  • Good telephone manner
  • Motivated
  • Passionate
  • Being a team player
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibility for customer requirements
  • Calm under pressure and flexible in approach

Salary/Hours:

Evening shifts between 18:00pm to 07:00am need to be flexible across the 7 days
