Sales Executive
Manpower UK is recruiting on behalf of our client who operates within the Fleet Management industry based in Edinburgh Park. Your key purpose in the role is to maximise every opportunity to promote and sell contract hire and associated products by building strong relationships and meeting agreed targets for volume and profitability. Initially your main duty will be lead generation then moving on to a more field based sales opportunity.
Your Accountabilities include:
- Maintain and grow business profitably through effective customer relations
- Identify, target and sell to new contacts
- Achieve personal daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Achieve personal daily outbound proactive call targets
- Cold calling new clients via a client database
- Handle incoming leads by providing quotations /information, and conduct negotiations, in order to maximise conversion
- Achieve a preset annual personal order/profitability target
- Identify opportunities for new and additional business
- Proactively sell special deals and competitive models
- To maintain and record lost business information
- Maintain a high level of telephone contact with customers
- Command a clear knowledge of our products and services
- Effective problem solving
Key skills and competency requirements:
- Proven track record of Lead Generation gained in a similar fast-moving industry
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- PC literate
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets
