Are you an apprentice trained Mechanical Fitter looking for a new challenge ?

Our client who specialise in the design, build and supply of elegant engineering solutions for the offshore oil and gas, subsea, marine and defence sectors are recruiting Mechanical Technicians to work at their Port of Blyth Facility on an exciting new project. Working to engineering drawing's duties will include the fitting of hydraulic rams, hydraulic lines, bearings, bearing housings, grease lines, pads, diablo rollers, access platforms, slinging and lifting, load testing, grinding, cutting, drilling and tapping.
Key Skills
Suitable candidates will have served a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship
Have the ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
Be suited to the assembly of large bespoke projects for the Subsea Industry.
Have experience within a similar environment
Working at Heights, IPAF, Overhead Crane and own transport would be desirable but not essential.
