Your role

Our back office functions are just as important as our customer facing roles in ensuring that every Motorrad Customer has a seamless experience with us. You will be the first point of contact on the telephone answering queries and directing customers to the correct department as well as carrying out a variety of daily administration tasks. It's all about giving Motorrad customers' peace of mind.

Your profile

You will ideally have previous experience within both Customer Service and as an Administration Assistant. In addition, you will be computer literate and someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, Motorrad products and services.

In addition, we'll expect you to have a good general level of education. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we'll give you the training to go as far as you can.
