Quality Engineer

A QUALITY ENGINEER is required for this international manufacturing company based on one of their manufacturing sites based on the Isle of Wight.

What they WANT:

Quality control experience, ideally from the Manufacturing or Engineering industries.

Operated a Quality Management System

Ensure quality within the production processes and the reporting of continuous quality improvement.

Involvement in the ISO 9001 certification processes

Experience of; Six Sigma, Lean Management, and technology ideally in a manufacturing environment?

Plan, initiate and coordinate continuous improvement activities

Involvement in internal audits

Implement controls for Non-Conforming products, through to corrective and preventative measures

Review documentation prior to shipment to customers

Have problem solving methodology and report on quality performance in production areas.

YOU WILL HAVE

Ideally an engineering qualification.

You have Six sigma experience

Have strong communication skills

Be a team player and understands safety and quality processes.
