Our client's helpdesk provides support in English, French, and German. Therefore, a fluency in 2 out of 3 is essential.

The customer/support services team provide high quality customer support to customers and internal business functions. This role is crucial to ensure great customer satisfaction for customers by resolving the customers issues at first point of call. As a customer service role within an IT solutions and services company an interest in technology is key.

The role:

Answering incoming calls in either English, French or German from retail customers in a professional and courteous manner. Following written guidance, scripts and procedures to manage issues through to resolution. Ensuring issues are logged accurately and in a detailed manner in a ticketing tool..

There are shift patterns in place that cover Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm. On a part time basis, it would require a commitment of 17.5 hours a week and as an employer who values work life balance, they will be very flexible as to how these shifts are rota'd. This may include working over bank holidays. Please note these patterns may be subject to change due to business requirements, however as an employer who values work life balance, they will try to be flexible depending on your personal circumstances.

What you need to be successful:

It is imperative that you have a strong customer focus and desire to deliver excellent customer service with an empathy for the customer and their issue. Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to follow through on tasks and an ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately both internally and externally is essential. Full training will be provided on our processes and ticketing tool.
