The perfect candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to work within fast paced environments.

The role will include:

 Setting and operating a variety of CNC mills and lathes machining high tolerance components
 Loading and running CNC programs through prove out
 Perform 1st off and subsequent inspection operations
 Loading and operating machines to meet desired quantities, conducting in-process inspection
 Ensure all work produced is to the minimum current Quality Assurance Standards and in line with Hydac works procedures
 Assisting in stock control of materials, tooling and consumables
 Keeping machines and workshop clean and in good maintenance
 Manufacture components to production plan
 Meeting delivery requirements
 Fill out timesheets for all production work, as required
 Assist in other Production and Systems duties as required
 Observe all Health and Safety site requirements
 Management may, from time to time, require you to carry out other tasks in addition to your normal duties, provided these tasks are both reasonable and within your capabilities

The ideal candidate will ideally :

 Have an HNC in mechanical engineering.
 2 years previous experience in setting and operating CNC machines
