As a Service Desk Representative you will be responsible for speaking with customers who are experiencing a variety of IT issues such as password and connectivity problems. You will deliver excellent customer service and ensure resolution of IT issues using a web based system. This is a 24 /7 operation and you will be required to work shifts patterns covering 40 hours per week.

A 20% shift allowance will be added for any weekend working. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs. You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £16,286 pro rata, rising to £16,500 pro rata on successful probation which is paid on a monthly basis. Further salary increases will then be made based on performance.

There is a generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days per year (pro rata & inclusive of Bank holidays) and our client offers free on site parking! Due to the nature of the working environment security checks will be carried out prior to final offer. This will include a check for current bankruptcy notices, County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's) and a criminal record check for unspent convictions.
