Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Operative

Salary: £7.83 per hour.

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Operative for our busy client based in Luton. This is a temporary - permanent position starting immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure defined processes are robust, clear & concise and can consistently achieve the required standards
• Ensure all processes are stringently adhered to Compliance with the company Quality Standard and procedures
• Using small hand tools for the build and able to follow build plans
• To ensure all products meet both the requirements of current build lines and comply to the company wide quality standards
• To maintain an overview of departmental and company procedures and discharge any specific responsibilities contained within them.
• To liaise and communicate with other sub-sections as necessary.
• To ensure the highest level of good housekeeping is maintained within your department at all times.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Mechanical Assembly experience
• Used to standing at a work station all day
• Reliable,
• Have a mechanical aptitude,
• Possess dexterity and able to use small hand tools,
• Possess a flexible working attitude.
• Experience of Mechanical Assembly (Box Build)
• Experience of cable assembly

Hours of work are Monday- Friday, Start time 7am and finish 4pm.
