8.30am-5.00pm Monday- Friday

My client based in Cheshire is now looking for a Reconciliations Analyst to join their growing Insurance team. The Reconciliations Analyst will be responsible for the reconciliation and co-ordination of the direct debits within the business.

You will have excellent excel and customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment, having a confident telephone manner and the ability to trouble shoot and think outside of the box. In addition, you will have an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The Role

• Analysing and reconciling account information
• Overseeing and verifying that all charges in debit, credit, cash, or other payment methods are reconciled on a regular basis.
• Conducting account analysis, identifying and reporting trends, risks, and discrepancies.
• Following specific time-frames
• Paying close attention to detail when dealing with large numbers
