An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip IT company, is currently seeking a Technical Refresh Administrator based on their customer site in London. This is an ongoing full-time, temporary role, Monday to Friday, 09.00- 17.30 to start ASAP. The role is paying up to £16.00 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd only), depending on experience.

This administration role is split between working to support predominantly a team of Refresh Engineers and to be responsible for managing and recording stock movements, with the contingency to learn and backfill the existing administrator's role. The job is to manage general administrative duties pertaining to the smooth running of the Deployment and Refresh team / IT department. These duties include maintaining databases, coordinating monthly reports, organising the engineering team and liaising with the customer's associates where required. There are also tasks to maintain the Refresh and General stores areas and keep records relating to the company's inventory, including PC's and Laptops.

Duties

  • Manage shared mailboxes and personal inbox
  • Engage with customer through phone, email and instant messaging to assess and schedule deployments
  • Ensure deployments are scheduled to meet daily targets, ensuring no overbooking is done
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, forwarding or escalating to TL when necessary
  • Keep refresh records updated with all relevant information at all times
  • Engage with business managers at the beginning of each quarter to assess all of said business users
  • Engage with support teams at the beginning of each quarter to assess and schedule all Front office users
  • Follow-up on customers who have failed to respond or acknowledge communications
  • Ensure customer's asset tracking system is updated to reflect daily deployments
  • Escalate any non-responding customer to TL following the 3-strike rule
  • Escalate any issues to TL when required
  • Attend daily meeting with TL and build team
  • Coordinate with build team to ensure deployments are scheduled with enough time in advance for them to be built
  • Keep track of stock levels to avoid scheduling unavailable equipment
  • Inform in a timely manner of all changes to the daily deployments if changes occur
