An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client are currently recruiting for a Talent & Resourcing Administrator. This is a temporary role to start on 5th November 2018 and expected to run for 3 months. The salary for this position is paying £25,000 per annum, pro rata. The role will be based at Unilever's research & development facility in Port Sunlight, Wirral.


The main purpose of this role is to provide recruitment administrative support to the UK Resourcing team, reporting to the Talent Lead. The roles primary responsibilities are to manage and support the end to end applicant screening procedures, interview scheduling and general recruitment issues and queries from external candidates and internally from the business. You will directly support the Talent Advisors & Adhoc administration request that support the day to day or annual activities may also be required as necessary.

Services & Core HR Admin Support:



  • Access external candidate applications to review and screen CV's against the Right to Work requirements and skills appropriate for a specific role. Transfer those CV's that meet minimum requirements to the Talent Advisor
    2. Update the Recruitment system to reflect the decisions made and the status of the role
    3. Formatting and posting Job Descriptions on applicant tracking system.
    4. Review and verify internal candidates Right to Work requirements and employment status as part of screening criteria
    5. Share internal candidate with Hiring Manager confirming Right to Work and employment status
    6. When required, contact the candidate to manually arrange a convenient time for interview, sharing the details of how to join the Skype meeting
    7. When interviews are scheduled, send confirmation to candidate and Hiring Manager to advise on the prevention of illegal working policy and that identification will be required as part of the interview process
    8. As necessary, provide support to the online scheduling tool in respect of any candidate or Hiring Manager queries or changes to arrangements, keeping the Talent Advisor updated at all times.
    9. Provide support to external or internal candidates or prospective future candidates, HRBP's or Hiring Managers answering any questions and providing status updates as needed relating to roles, data, process or system queries.
    10. Dealing with basic process queries from 3rd Party Vendors where they are unable to answer.
    11. Have a detailed understanding of end to end Resourcing processes, HR systems, flow of data and ways of working to be able to proactively investigate and troubleshoot basic process queries or issues, identify the root cause and support and recommend solutions.
    12. From time to time, you may be requested to help with pro-active sourcing of roles using the talent pipeline tool.
    13. Build and maintain positive working relationships with service providers and key stakeholders.
    14. Support any ad hoc administrative task required as needed relevant to any on-going activity to support business as usual work and project work.
  • Dealing with Research and Development specific roles, working with remote offices covering various sites as not all managers will be based at P/S.

    Experience Required:


    • Experience dealing with CV screening in a recruitment/resourcing environment is desirable but not mandatory.
      * Good grounding in dealing with general administration.
      * Strong customer service mind-set
      * Strong organisational and prioritisation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders * Strong ability to work fluidly with data and across systems * Strong oral and written communication skills.
      * Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, Word.
      * Experience with Workday/Taleo/HireView/Avature desirable but not essential
