A new expanding client based in Romsey is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Administrator with a genuine positive attitude who wants to get stuck in. Experience is not essential; they offer in-house training, to help you reach your full potential.

You will be working 8:45-17:15 Mon-Fri, with a salary of £21,000 per annum.

The Role:

You will be responsible for giving our customers the very best experience possible. You will be taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and helping them with questions they may have, processing customer online orders, and liaising with our third party suppliers where necessary. Ensuring you maintain the relationship with those existing clients, with honesty and initiative.
