Location - Newcastle City Centre

Hours - The team work between 8am - 8pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9-5, therefore we ask that you are flexible across 5 days out of 7, 37.5hrs per week. Shifts are typically 8-4, 9-5 or 12-8. There is also potential for overtime.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to work across multiple contracts.
  • Have the ability to liaise with both candidates and clients
  • Require attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  • Be I.T literate with experience of Excel and Word.
  • Willing to show flexibility in their working hours
  • Prove ability to work in a diverse fast pace environment

Main Duties:

  • Conduct Telephone interviews on a regular basis in a confident manor
  • Assist with inbound call queries
  • Create distribution lists for various tasks required
  • Arrange Telephone Interviews/book appointment slots
  • Establish specific postcodes to ensure candidates meet the catchment area
  • An abundance of data input
  • Report statistics back to account management
