Pay rate - £7.83
Contract - Temp on-going
Location - Newcastle City Centre
Hours - The team work between 8am - 8pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9-5, therefore we ask that you are flexible across 5 days out of 7, 37.5hrs per week. Shifts are typically 8-4, 9-5 or 12-8. There is also potential for overtime.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate adaptability to work across multiple contracts.
- Have the ability to liaise with both candidates and clients
- Require attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Be I.T literate with experience of Excel and Word.
- Willing to show flexibility in their working hours
- Prove ability to work in a diverse fast pace environment
Main Duties:
- Conduct Telephone interviews on a regular basis in a confident manor
- Assist with inbound call queries
- Create distribution lists for various tasks required
- Arrange Telephone Interviews/book appointment slots
- Establish specific postcodes to ensure candidates meet the catchment area
- An abundance of data input
- Report statistics back to account management
