About The Role

This is more then a customer support specialist, more than a technical consultant and you'll deliver more than customer service, you will be knowledgeable in all things technical - Our stores are where people go for digital services and mobiles, tablets and laptops that can add a whole new dimension to their lives.

Reporting to the branch manager your role will be to deliver exceptional customer support at all times. You will treat every customer as an individual and be on hand to help our customers understand their devices, answer their questions and troubleshoot any potential technical problems. You'll work alongside store management and our retail sales consultants to ensure your store achieve business KPIs for sales and customer satisfaction.

  • To support the management of staff competence with devices through training so as to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction,

  • To ensure adherence to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures,

  • To ensure that the visual presentation of all stores represents the brand image and that all devices are up to date, relevant and accessible,

  • To ensure knowledge is up to date especially in light of new releases and product launches,

  • To run the Guru appointments system that allows customers to experience their phone and resolve technical queries and follow through repairs,

  • To help develop sales opportunities through customer interaction,

  • To support other colleagues with technical queries and customer service,

  • To seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions,

  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested

What we are looking for

You will have a proven track record in technical, sales and customer service. You should be an excellent communicator with first class organisational skills and demonstrable business acumen. You should be comfortable working within a busy and fast-paced environment whilst forming strong business relationships with both your in-store colleagues and key business stakeholders. You'll be expected to share your knowledge with others and demonstrate best practice whilst ensuring that business objectives and values are being met at all times.
