Operations Administrator

An exciting new opportunity has arrived with a large tyre company looking to recruit Operations Administrators in Aston, Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity as our client is having a restructure and are expanding their Operations department within the Operations team.

We are looking for Operation Administrators to support their team to continue to deliver exceptional customer service to all their customers, through the completion of a number of different administration responsibilities.

Position: Operations Administrator

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday or 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday

Location: Aston, Birmingham

The role will involve delivering high levels of admin support and outstanding levels of customer service through your daily tasks, including high levels of data inputting. At all times you will ensure that you are complying to customer service level agreements and internal procedures.

You will be proficient in using IT, have experience at delivering excellent customer service and thrive working under pressure.

We have immediate assessment slots available for you on the 8th November and this role has a start date of the 19th November.
