Mobile On Site Consultant. Full time (37.5 hours) and full company benefits. Temporary (ongoing)

Manpower UK has an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist to join the operation working for one of our prestigious client as a Mobile On Site Consultant.

You will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational service to both field staff and our client by effective deployment of our internal processes across Liverpool and Bangor.

Working to agreed targets, the successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and dynamic with a commitment to providing a quality service. You will need to have outstanding organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with the company's values and standards.

Job Role

  • Delivering effective support to the Service Delivery Manager and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function.
  • Ensure HR processes are adhered to and relevant documentation is completed
  • Working to ensure that the agreed Service Level Agreements are achieved
  • Being a first port of call for employee relations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff


About You

  • As our Onsite HR Consultant, you will ideally have HR Generalist experience, specifically employee relations
  • You will have outstanding attention to detail with strong organisational skills You will be expected to a time oriented and able to prioritise competing demands.
  • You will be expected to organise inputting employee data in to the business's HR systems
  • You will be expected to have an understanding of employment law and business policies
  • You should be a strong team player
  • You should be flexible reacting efficiently to the various demands of the business.

This role is Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week between 0800 and 1800. Flexibility may be required to work additional or altered hours to support the service in case of escalations if required.
