Right Management Recruiting for a Marketing Co-ordinator

Full Time 37.5 hours | Salary: £26,000 + Great Benefits

We are looking for a bright graduate or someone who has relevant experience working within a Marketing role. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop their career in marketing and will be joining a friendly and experienced team, working for a great organisation.

This is an exciting and varied role, supporting two business areas including the parent company, Right Management who are Global Career Expert within ManpowerGroup and predominantly working for the Career Transition Partnership (CTP); a partnership with the Ministry of Defence which supports leavers of the Armed Forces as they prepare to leave the military and enter the civilian workforce.

Responsibilities include:

Producing written content including case studies, articles, social media posts, marketing collateral and uploading to the website or internal channels.

Creating, editing, formatting and proofing presentations and other marketing collateral using PowerPoint, Publisher and Word.

Assisting with the production and collation of content, promotional marketing materials and literature.

Supporting the marketing team with a wide range of online and offline marketing activities.

Maintaining company websites and intranet sites using CMS platforms.

Preparing monthly reports as required using analytics and Excel.

Key skills:

Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels.

Thorough proof-reading skills with an excellent eye for detail.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines as required.

Solid experience of Microsoft including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Strong interpersonal skills and initiative, able to contribute to team meetings.

Ability to manipulate numerical, verbal, and written information and data.

An understanding of social media platforms and writing relevant content (specifically, LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Ability to learn new online tools and platforms with ease; desire to self-educate and utilise a range of tools/platforms to improve performance.
