Commercial Insurance Broker - South Dublin

I am looking to speak with Insurance professionals for a Junior Commercial Insurance position with an established and highly thought of Insurance Broker in South Dublin.

This role provides an opportunity for someone who has a real target to develop a career within the Commercial Insurance area. The purpose of the role is to support a Senior Commercial Executive with HNW clients and also to eventually manage existing Commercial SME book of business.

This involves building relationships with existing and potential customers and providing excellent customer service in order to increase revenue.

You do not require to have previous Commercial Insurance experience, but some knowledge would be considered as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with a wide range of SME business including combined, office, shop, motor fleet
Process all transactions accurately and to the required level of output, compliance and quality standards. Keep client records complete, accurate and up to date
Deliver the agreed standards of customer service in all your dealings with external and internal customers with emphasis on delivering quality customer service
Build effective working relationships with all customers by establishing trust, anticipating needs, sharing information and meeting commitments
Contribute to your team by being dependable, flexible and committed and by building good working relationships within your own team and with teams across the business

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications required:
CIP Qualification ideally, minimum APA Commercial and working towards full CIP
Excellent telephone and written communication skills
Proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while delivering a professional service to customers
Planning and organisational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure
High attention to detail with a real passion for getting it right first time
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)

Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and is up to €35,000 Company Bonus & Pension Scheme
Insurance examinations needed will be sponsored by the employer
