L2 Deskside Support Engineer

Become part of our own Proservia - Manpower group and help us to support our client located in Citywest, Dublin.

Your job will be:
*Maintenance of standard desktop computer HW and SW in a networking environment
*Supports standard desktop applications and operations
*Identifies potential service level problems before they occur and implements solutions
* Processes requests for and schedules new or upgraded desktop computer HW & SW
*Provide holiday and sickness cover for existing accounts


To be successful you will need:
*2+ years Level 2 deskside experience
*Experience of working with Microsoft Windows XP/7 and applications
*Experience of working in a Deskside environment and excellent customer service skills
*BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred but other technical degrees or work experience will also be considered
*Great communication skills
*CompTIA A+ desired but not essential

We are offering a salary up to €30,000
