Sales Advisor based in Birmingham
Full time permanent position - working 40 hours per week
£17,850 per annum, with the potential to earn up to 25% of your salary on a quarterly basis in bonuses!

We have teamed up with an outstanding self-storage company who is looking for a sales advisor to join their dynamic team!

Essential Experience (Minimum 2 year)
* Customer service experience
* Experience working to KPI's and sales targets

This role includes soft sales (Upselling) and inquiry management:
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure that company policies are maintained
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Maintain hygienic environment working to guidelines, health and safety regulations
* Upselling products (Boxes, Bubble wrap, Locks etc.) to meet KPI's
