Join one of the world's largest express delivery companies as a Loading Bay Operative at their warehouse in Tamworth, the central hub to our client's delivery network.

You'll load and unload packages from company vehicles, scan, sort and label them as required, and report any issues that arise - such as damaged packages or prohibited items, maintaining our clients excellent standard of service to their customers.

WORKING PATTERN:
Working Monday to Friday and Sunday: Multiple start times varying from 17:00pm till 22:00pm while finish times are not set and can change on a nightly basis but the client aim is 03:30am

Flexibility is required as start times can change on an nightly basis

Please note that the starting rate of £9.22 is only in affect from 29/10/18 till 23/12/18 ( 8 week period only)

After this period the standard rates below will then be back in affect

STARTING RATE OF PAY:

Under the age of 25 - £7.38 per hour
Age of 25 and over - £7.83 per hour

After 12 weeks of service - £9.22 per hour Nights,
After 78 working week years of service - £12.08 per hour,

Holidays: Up to 28 days accrued holiday per year

You must have the ability to work within a team and be customer focused. You'll make sure all company standards, policies, procedures and agreements are adhered to, in line with your induction training. This will ensure all deliveries safely arrive at their final destination on-time and in an excellent condition.
