The position interfaces with vendors and service providers as well as other in-house business teams to provide IT services. The position will be the primary daily contact point with the vendors for service catalogue management.

You will ensure consistent and regular communication for initiatives against department budget as well as coordinate purchasing, order tracking and order processing for the department and update the service catalogue. As well as this you will ensure all new/updated contracts are executed through the legal process, and appropriately held in the contracts repositories for review, renewal and vendor management processing.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role with a relevant industry qualification in IT / Business Admin - ideally ITIL. Other requirements are as follows -

  • Previous experience in working with complex vendor licencing models (E.g. Microsoft / Akamai)
  • Excellent communication skills, - written, verbal and presentations
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and follow complex processes
  • Ability to create and maintain documented processes
  • Extremely detail oriented and adept at understanding abstract concepts.
