Dutch Speaking Credit Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:

• The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent levels of service to American Express Corporate Card members and clients
• AMEX need a Dutch speaking Customer Care Professional to assist with our day to day e-mail and case management
• The individuals will be responsible for overseeing the daily input of work for Corporate Groups, therefore corporate knowledge is ideal

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
• Raising cases to specific groups, providing key support to those teams/groups where necessary. Working specific cases to drive down CRT (case resolution time)
• Feeding back to other internal group's key messages and providing advice and guidance on how best to raise their enquiries
• Effective communication with internal business partners to facilitate required activities and provide support
• Strong attention to detail capturing Client details to fully understand problems and acting upon missing information. This is a back office role.
