With our BMW Group certified trainers, you'll receive all the coaching and support you need to make the most of your future with us. For Technicians, we have specially developed a fast-track training programme which will enable you to more quickly progress in your career by building on the skills you've already gained. It's ideal for those who've already completed another vehicle manufacturer's training programme or have hold specific IMI qualifications.

Your role

If you understand what makes our engines run and our customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. As well as having the chance to work on cutting-edge technology, training at the state-of the-art BMW Group Academy UK will update your skills and knowledge, plus you'll get the support of an experienced team.

Your profile

You'll be keen to add to the knowledge gained from your Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs or equivalent. A full UK driving licence and extensive previous experience in the automotive industry and workshop environment will be essential. MOT tester experience would be advantageous.
