The role: Team Leader/Trainer
The Trainer/Team Lead will be responsible for training new hires to the program, drive refresher training to the teams and develop individual training plans to train individuals requiring personalized training to improve performance. The Trainer/Team Lead will also own training content and will ensure it is updated with all policy and process changes and is also constantly updated with learning from operations.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable understanding social media campaigns and supporting bugs and invoicing and have the ability to adjust their training delivery to meet a constantly changing environment. The candidate will also use their deep understanding of the processes and policies that to evolve client advertising platforms. Successful team members have a passion for business success, strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and keen eyes for operational inefficiencies.
Skills:
* 2 to 4 years working in a service/customer service/sales organization
* A minimum of 1 year in a Trainer or Team Lead role (preferred, not required)
* Documentation skills with knowledge of change control procedures
* Ability to stay close to operations and incorporate learning into training curriculum
* Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in online advertising
* Documentation and document management experience
Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
