In-House Commercial Lawyer

One of our leading and corporate blue-chip companies, based in Uxbridge is seeking a Commercial In-House Lawyer. You will be required to operate across the commercial sector of the business.

This is a permanent role, full-time hours of 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, salary £45-£50k.

As a Commercial in-house Lawyer, you will be involved in new business opportunities, protecting and extending existing contracts and providing commercial and contractual support across the business. Skills required

Commercial awareness; education and awareness

Contract knowledge; letters of intent and supplier agreements, understanding of commercial contracts

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; third parties, clients

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

Analytical; risk and opportunity analysis

Legal and commercial review of contracts and management processes

Time Management
