We currently have a number of Procurement roles for our client in Chichester for 3-6 month contracts to start ASAP.

Category Lead (Construction / Highways / Waste)

You will manage a small team and be responsible for a category which currently spends across 300 plus suppliers for construction, highways and waste.

You will be MCIPS qualified and have strong knowledge of the Highways act and JCT agreements.

Procurement Manager

You will manage sub-categories of spend whilst supporting best practice for your spend area. You will have a good understanding of commercial risk and exposures. You will be working towards MCIPS or willing to study for CIPS.

Category Manager:

Reporting to the Category Lead, you will manage sub-categories of spend whilst leading best practice for your category. You will implement the category strategies, deliver robust processes and plans and help implement a stage gate procurement process. You will be responsible for managing risk and ensuring your supply base performs as contractually agreed, running regular review sessions with critical suppliers.

You will own and manage the end to end procurement process within your category, whilst being the subject matter expert for EU procurement compliance

Operations & Analytic Manager

You will lead the operational and analytical support to category leads and be responsible for ensuring all analytical contributions to a category are captured and stored in line with the latest best practice systems.

You will be MCIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS with significant experience managing and leading projects
