Job Details
Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking to recruit a part time clerical administrator to support the Biodervisitry manager within the operational business. The support function of this role aims to ensure compliance with biodiversity legislation and the management of non-operational land around our nuclear power stations to conserve and enhance biodiversity.
This is a part time role of 18.5 hours per week working over 3 days, however, there is flexibility on this.
Job Description
Supporting the Biodiversity Manager and team including the following:
- Typing and formatting of letters, reports, PowerPoints presentations, meeting minutes, spreadsheet reports, newsletters
- Diary management, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms etc
- Control of incoming correspondence.
- Maintaining filing system
- Booking travel, reconciliation of hotel receipts
- Monitoring of small budgets and expenditure and recording in a spreadsheet
- Photocopying, scanning
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Management of AMS, document management system and raising CRs
Qualifications and Experience
- Good experience in a similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
