What you'll do
No doors. No barriers. Coach our advisors to bring the best out of them. Move around multiple stores. Recommend solutions. Lead from the front. Show organisation. Join an upbeat and supportive environment, and sell industry-leading products that people are itching to buy.
How you'll do it
Sales / leadership experience is advantageous. Brilliant customer service skills area a must. Bring your dedication to meeting shared targets. Your infectious enthusiasm. We achieve more together. And by helping each other, we serve our customers better.
Once you start
You'll spend your first few weeks learning the ropes during our detailed induction training. After that, you'll start applying what you've learnt to conversations with customers. We'll be there to guide you, as well as provide plenty of development opportunities.
