Manpower are currently recruiting for Customer Clearance Advisors for their client based at East Midlands Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a multi-billion-dollar company and one of the most recognised and admired brands in the world.

This is a temp - perm role working full time Monday - Friday across various shift patterns (earliest start 8:30AM and latest finish 6:00PM). Successful candidates will be paid £8.20ph, paid weekly.

As a Customer Clearance Advisor you will join our client's growing customs department of advisors and become responsible for contacting customers and requesting clearance information and when necessary, providing appropriate advice on import processes and procedures. Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills preferably gained whilst working in a customer service role
  • Professional telephone manner
  • A good team player
  • Flexible, friendly and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good keyboard skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with an ability to deal with volume pressures in your workload
