Are you looking for a new permanent opportunity within one of Glasgow's most reputable call centres? Do you have an interest in Collections where you will assist vulnerable clients?

If so, Manpower UK are assisting our client with the recruitment of Collections Advisors to start on the 12th November 2018. You would be working for the UK's award winning company, who can offer an excellent salary and benefits package along with career progression.

You are able to choose a 35 or 40 hour working week and must be able to work well within a team environment, provide excellent customer service and telephone manner. Previous experience within an outbound or inbound customer service role is beneficial and should be available for immediate interview and should you be successful be able to start on the 12th November.

You will be based in vibrant modern offices and our client requires motivated individuals to become an integral part of our operations team, if you are experienced in Customer Service we would like to hear from you.

Candidate would ideally have:-

* Excellent communication skills

* Drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile

* Good listening and questioning skills

* Confidence to probe and gather information

* Customer service experience - (financial services desirable but not essential)
