Credit Controller

Due to a successful year one of my long-standing Clients are looking to expand by adding to their team with a Credit Controller

You will be carrying out the normal duties of a Credit Controller whilst reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Leader.

Typical duties include:

• Responsibility for all aspects of B2B and B2C credit control,
• To ensure all member & affiliate fees are settled in line with payment terms,
• Proactively take appropriate action when fees are overdue,

Resolve member and affiliate issues where possible

To assist the credit controllers working in the Call Centre with queries

To aid debt collection and ensure best practice is adhered to.

Support the Credit Control Process relating to the EVR business

Make recommendations for improvements in collection process if required

To be successful with this opportunity you will need the following:

12 months Credit Control experience

Excel experience to an intermediate level

A professional telephone manner

If you are fluent in a second European language, then it would certainly help your application.
