Manpower are working with an established company in Leicestershire who specialise in providing professional land and building surveys. Due to recent successes they're now looking to expand their team and looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor/ Land Surveyor to join the business on a permanent basis. For the right candidate there's career progression available.

The Measured Building / Land Surveyor will be creating accurate floor plans of a building and its facades. The Measured Building / Land Surveyor will also have experience drawing accurate plans of the building. It is essential that the Land Surveyor has knowledge using AutoCAD.

• Measured Floor Plans
• Full Building Elevation Surveys
• Building Sections
• Checking Existing Plan Accuracy's
• Daily use of AutoCAD
• Site Visits Measured Building / Land Surveyor Position Requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to draw accurate plans
• Previous experience within Measured Building / Land Surveyor
