The role: Customer Service Agent - Irish Fluent
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Processing all files on the systems
* Ensuring that all calls are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner.
* Ensuring delivery of a quality service
* Processing client and customer queries.
* Dealing in a professional manner with clients/customers.
Experience and Attributes Required:
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
* Written and spoken English and Irish language skills are essential
* Customer Service experience preferred
* Team player with strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Clonakilty - Cork
