The Sales Execs in their team work 5 days one week (4 weekdays plus a Saturday) then 6 days the next (4 weekdays plus a Saturday and a Sunday). 42.5 per week overall.

Opening hours are 9am - 7pm weekdays, 9am - 5pm Saturday and 10am - 4pm Sundays. You will receive an hour's lunch each day

Your new role:

You will manage the flow of customers contacting and visiting the Rugby site, ensuring that they are treated fairly, respectfully with an unbiased approach and that each customer we deal with has given the appropriate authority required by GDPR. You will also ensure that each customer receives an appropriate quality of service in accordance with Company standards to maximise sales for yourself, the department and the business.

This list, whilst not exhaustive, covers the primary functions of the Sales Executive role. As the business changes, new accountabilities may be introduced into the role however, full support and training will be given before any new objectives are added:

  • Professional sale of vehicles in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Discuss finance options with the customer and ensure they have a full understanding of the options
  • Complete daily pitch duties: pricing of cars, glove box checks, price checks, specification sheets, reporting of quality issues, general site housekeeping
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions, ensuring compliance with all Company processes and procedures Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be professional and polite at all times
  • Be smart in appearance when representing the Company
  • Adhere to and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all trained processes and procedures
  • Ascertain a full understanding of The World of Cars, including full organisational awareness
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested

  • Looks to develop own skills and knowledge of the business and understands how departments across Go Car Credit work and link as part of the business model in order to support customers and colleagues
  • Makes quality decisions within the framework of the role and has the customer at the forefront of the decision making process

  • Is always polite and courteous to others
  • Proactively works to resolve customer and colleague issues and problems with area of responsibility
  • Ensures that work is completed to standards agreed and always looks for ways to improve
