Manpower are currently recruiting for customer service advisors for their client based in Lenton, Nottingham to start ASAP. This opportunity is a temporary role with a view to lead permanent for the right candidate.

As a customer service advisor you will be the face and voice of the business providing excellent customer experiences each and every day.

Job Role:

  • You will be able to provide customers with a friendly and professional first line support in accordance to our client telephone policy, providing accurate information and solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
  • You will ensure all necessary information and data is accurately entered and recorded into the client systems.
  • You will have the ability to remain composed in difficult situations with customers whilst making sound decisions.

    • Training will be provided by our client and the successful candidate will have the following competencies:

  • High level of customer service ability over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English speaking)
  • Superb negotiating skills
  • To function efficiently and effectively in stressful situations whilst having empathy and patience towards customer needs
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills
  • Positive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • To comply with our client business principles: Open, Honest and Transparent, treating everyone fairly and with respect.

    • This position is working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 7.00pm and 8:45am - 05:00pm Saturday and Sunday. The successful candidate will be required to work 4/5 per month on the weekends so must be fully flexible Monday - Sunday.

    The successful candidate will be paid £7.83ph paid weekly.
