German, French & Dutch Customer Service Advisors

Our Client specialise in the design and delivery of B2B marketing and sales solutions for both local and global clients within the technology industry. The busy Belfast office is expanding and needs driven account executives to join the growing team.

Joining the team as a B2B Sales Executive, you will support clients across global markets. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to key decision makers within the technology industry in order to generate lead opportunities on behalf of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B calls generating technology sales leads
• Qualify and quantify business requirements to match needs & those of clients' products
• Arrange business appointments between business and clients
• Document and record activities in CRM systems
• Complete feedback processes in post-sales activities
• Work to meet and exceed set targets
• Develop new business opportunities for clients and as well as maintaining existing accounts

What you need to succeed:

• Proven record of achieving targets
• You must be fluent in both German and English, French and English & Dutch and English
• You must be sales focused driven to meet and exceed objectives
• Ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for your work
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Inbound or outbound call experience
• Sales experience is not essential, but is desirable
