Great opportunity for experienced Customer Service professionals to take their first step into an office-based role.
Following a substantial growth in part of their business our client is putting together a new Customer Service team in one of their offices in Andover. You will be the first point of call for retail banking customers with queries on their accounts. Typically, this could include changing their personal details, setting up direct debits, reporting problems with their internet banking or potential fraud identification. You will also be the first level of response for complaints before passing them to a more specialist team. Please note this is a shift-based role across 7 days.
No experience is required and there are two start dates before Christmas, namely 20th November and 12th December. You'll receive 4/5 weeks of paid training, both classroom and floor based, so you'll be ready and raring to start this fantastic new career with a bang in 2019!
In return you'll receive an annual salary of £18,000, overtime and bonus incentives, 21 days` holiday (plus Bank Holiday allowance), increasing 1 day per year of service, £300 refer a friend to work for us` scheme, healthcare Plan, fortnightly pay and the potential to become a permanent employee.
