One of the leading insurance providers in Ireland are looking for Insurance advisors for their Customer Service team to be based in their Dublin office.

This role is based in city centre to be a part of a Customer Service team supporting Web chat operations.
Role Description
Guide our customers seamlessly through the online quote/sales journey
Communicate with customers through Live Chat using outstanding written skills on both customers initiated, and pro-active, chat interactions
Rapidly perform online research to answer customer questions and concerns
Handle and convert quotes into sales through chat
Leverage product knowledge to create exceptional online offers for our customers
Assist up to 3 customers simultaneously
Maintain positive relationships with all customers
Listen attentively to others and be able to articulate a solution
Multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
Adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
This role will require 39.25 hours a week. These hours will be worked between the WebChat operating hours of 9am-9pm (Mon-Fri ) and 9am-6pm ( Sat's - Sun's)
Role Requirements
Must be APA qualified or studying towards insurance exams
1-2 years of Contact Centre sales experience is preferred
Strong typing skills
Excellent selling and communication skills
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Ideally, previous experience using chat software
