Customer Service - Irish speaker - Clonakilty

Main Responsibilities:

 Processing all files on the systems
 Ensuring that all calls are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner.
 Ensuring delivery of a quality service
 Processing client and customer queries.
 Dealing in a professional manner with clients / customers.
 Ensuring that a positive image / first impression is given of both the Client, and the
Company.
 Provide administrative support as and when required.
 Working to tight deadlines.
 Display time flexibility towards shifts as per operational requirements
 Any other operational duties as may be agreed from time to time.

Experience Required:

 Written and spoken English and Irish language skills is essential
 Customer Service experience preferred
 Team player with strong analytical skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work to tight deadlines

Salary is €22000 + Incentive and Bonus + Benefits

Working hours: 40hrs per week, shifts between 8.30am & 6.30pm
