We are currently looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our Clients team. You will be a real self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment and definitely not work shy!

This is a desk based role to identify, assess and qualify prospective suppliers. This role can offer you a kick-start to your career, joining a team where the sky is the limit! Your New Role:

Your objective is to achieve a combination of KPI based targets that carry a weighting to both quality and revenue. (Min 30 calls per day and 5 appointments per week) You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and on-going basis. Your daily plan will include; prospect identification, validating the correct decision maker, appointment setting and quality control.

  • Manage and maintain pipeline and work-flow
  • Handle In/Outbound calls
  • Achieve all departmental targets and KPI's
  • Create quality appointments for the Sales Director in-line with company procedures
  • Determination to build a career as part of a successful sales team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent Objection handling skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers, internet research and Microsoft packages along with using CRM Systems
  • Confidence when dealing with a wide range of people
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and give clear instructions
  • Commercial awareness for working with corporate clients, understanding of questioning techniques and active listening skills.
  • Excellent people skills, a friendly manner and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Discretion, confidentiality and resilience
  • Ability to work independently whilst also contributing to the success of the wider team
  • Attention to detail.
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your daily workload.
