Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors to work for a leading financial organisation in Milton Keynes. You will be working 16 hours per week, however you need to be fully flexible to work shifts between Monday to Sunday 0600 - 2300

For this role you will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to be flexible when required. Most importantly, you will have the customer's needs in mind at all times, providing a first class service and always striving to go the extra mile.

Day-to-day, you will be working in a busy Head Office environment talking to members of the public regarding banking queries and providing them with a resolution through customer service. You will be required to communicate over the phone, through a SMS Chat service as well as over email. You will be provided with in depth training and the ability to continually develop in your career.
