Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor based in Twickenham.
Full time permanent position - working 40 hours per week
£19,870 per annum, with the potential to earn up to 25% of your salary on a quarterly basis in bonuses!

We are looking for a driven, organised, positive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is always willing to go that extra mile!

This role includes soft sales (Upselling) and inquiry management.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure that company policies are maintained
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Maintain hygienic environment working to guidelines, health and safety regulations
* Upselling products (Boxes, Bubble wrap, Locks etc.) to meet KPI's

To be successful for this role, you will need:
* Confident interacting with customers
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work to targets
* Strong negotiation skills
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Essential Experience (Minimum 1 year):
* Customer service experience
* Experience working to KPI's and sales targets
