Materials Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading company within the beer dispense sector. As a materials administrator you will be liaising with customers and the team to ensure orders are correct from start to finish. You will be responsible for generating work orders and closing them when they are built and ready and to be dispatched.

Alongside this, one of your responsibilities will be to make a dispatch schedule in line with the current orders when they have been completed. It is important for you to be organised so orders are sent to the by the correct time and to the right location. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to communicate well and form good internal relationships. Teamwork is essential and previous experience within the manufacturing environment would be ideal.

Your experience required is:

  • Previous experience ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Salary £18,000 - £20,000 DOE

Hours of working:

Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm / Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm

20 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays
