Startups Project Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG Company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr; Persil & Magnum are looking for a Startups Project Partner to work in the Foundry, based at our clients prestigious facility in Blackfrairs, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £45-50K pro rata, depending on experience.

We believe that start-ups play an integral role in driving innovation, so we are aware of the importance of collaborating with them to scale their technologies globally and accelerate innovation both across their businesses and ours.

You will engage with senior divisional and brand leaders, start-ups and our scouting partners as the central figure to bring all of the elements together that are required to experiment new and more effective, efficient and sustainable ways of doing business

You will own the project management and piloting process end-to-end and negotiate, set-up and run pilots with the divisions and brand teams as well as working with core functional teams to ensure that successful partners can be scaled across the organisation.

• Great stakeholder management, organisational navigation and influencing skills and inspire others in new ways of working
• Experience in data led projects
• Collaborate with Scouting Partners, Divisional & Brand leaders to deep dive into strategic innovation challenge areas
• Execute pilots that deliver against the strategy and in line with Foundry's Brief, Pitch, Pilot, Partner project framework
• Evaluate pilot performance through continuous measurement and tracking against agreed measurement framework
• Clear articulation of project business cases and KPIs to report to management and brief/ pilot stakeholders

KEY REQUIRMENTS

• Experience within corporate innovation, start-ups or venture capital essential
• Project Management skills, including the ability to concurrently manage many projects at different stages of their lifecycle
• Solid understanding of innovative technology and how start-ups and corporates can benefit from working together to create shared value
• Experience working with 3rd party agencies and consultancies collaboratively to deliver projects
