Quality Assurance Assistant

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is to support the production team and advise and support on a day to day basis when queries arise during the manufacturing process.

The responsibilities of the role:

* Maintain internal and external complaint and shortage logs.

*Support internal audit schedule.

* Facilitate customer complaint responses as required.

*Book in and manage customer returns.

* Assist with monthly calibration systems.

The successful candidate will be fully trained on internal auditing and will complete training for FB183 QA Assistant.
